Fink has received a scholarship from the Art Foundation Saxony-Anhalt. In 2001 she was participant of the residency program International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) in New York. Her work has been shown in galleries in Berlin, Miami and New York, and she has completed on-site installations in Germany and for the Festival of Contemporary Arts in León, Mexico recently.
